So, I had this unexpected thing happen. Destiny or something, but I got the chance to snag some amazing, fresh lobsters. Well, you know what that means – lobster on the grill for a special night! After giving those 🦞 a good snip with some scissors, I made a nice long cut, separated the meat from the shell, and squeezed a lemon over them. They were good to go on the grill for about 15 minutes. Now, for the sauce, I whipped up a buttery mix with saffron, lemon, garlic, parsley, some spicy árbol chili, and a pinch of salt. The sauce also got its grill time, about 15 minutes, in a Pyrex dish. It’s a fancy yet totally practical dinner.
