Scrambled eggs, when done right, are a breakfast delight

Ingredients

  • 3 units Eggs
  • 1 unit Butter
  • 1 unit Splash of milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a splash of milk, and whisk until well combined.
  • Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan and gently stir with a spatula.
  • Cook until the eggs are just set but still soft.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
