Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 unit eggs
  • 2 spoon chopped pickles
  • 1/4 roll chives
  • 1/4 roll cilantro
  • 1 spoon spicy mustard
  • 1 unit avocado
  • 1 unit medium roman lettuce
  • 4 unit stripes of bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Start by hard cooking the eggs by boiling them for ten minutes and after letting them cool down (to accelerate the process the eggs can be submerged in cold iced water).  
  • Peel the eggs and chop them in small cubes, chop the rest of the ingredients to taste.
  • Mix in the eggs,pickles, mustard, cilantro, chives salt and pepper to create an egg topping.
  • Crispy fry the bacon and chop it in small pieces.
  • In two separate bowlsserve the lettuce and top it with half the egg topping in each one. Sprinklewith the crispy bacon and decorate with pieces of avocado.
